Our Founder Nicky O'Malley
Nicky O'Malley is a systems thinker, speaker, and educator working at the intersection of nature, leadership, future generations and cultural change. She is the founder of Nature's Voice and serves as CEO of 30x30 UK - the initiative working to protect 30% of the UK's land and sea for Nature by 2030.
Nicky's work spans government, civil society, academia and the private sector and her thinking has shaped programmes, policy conversations, and leadership development at the highest levels.
She and the team founded Nature's Voice from a deep conviction that the institutions and leaders who will shape the next era need better tools, richer frameworks to encourage a deeper relationship with the natural world.
Borne out of work with expert colleagues and collaborators from around the world, Nature's Voice is a diverse and inclusive collective that aims to show that perfectionism is not necessary to make a huge difference and a positive impact.
